I recently received an offer from Oracle Cerner for an IC3 (Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack) role. I have 5.4 years of experience in software development. I'm curious about the learning curve and the tech stack they use. Additionally, I'd like to know how the company is performing overall and if it's a good time to join. Currently, I don't have any other offers, but I've just started the interview process elsewhere. Any advice would be appreciated!

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection.
