I recently received an offer from Oracle Cerner for an IC3 (Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack) role. I have 5.4 years of experience in software development. I'm curious about the learning curve and the tech stack they use. Additionally, I'd like to know how the company is performing overall and if it's a good time to join. Currently, I don't have any other offers, but I've just started the interview process elsewhere. Any advice would be appreciated!

I am done with my client interview and it went well but they are asking me to come to gugaon location.
I am from Bangalore location.
I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
