I was offered 25 LPA (22 fixed + 3 variable) so I resigned from my current company and serving notice period. But last month got a call from HR about revised joining date (2nd Feb)
Recently got offer from Deloitte USI 22 LPA (20 fixed + 2 yearly bonus) DOJ 8th Dec. My LWD is 2nd Dec. Should I wait for TWs or join Deloitte USI? I am DevOps Engineer with 4.6 yoe.

Any thoughts on Strategy& and their life sciences team? How is the reputation in comparison to Life sciences focused places such as LEK, ClearView, ZS, IQVIA, etc? How is the WLB? And what is the compensation for a senior associate?

What is the salary range for Sr. Administrative Asst. 20 yrs experience, 8 yrs with firmNYC? Client facing with client C-Suite EA’s to schedule PPMD mtgs. Heavy calendar management.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

When applying for a job, what is the strategy when a firm asks you for your compensation requirements? I don’t want to be unrealistic, but I don’t want to sell myself short either.

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

Do you think women in the industry are paid lesser as compared to men.
Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
Whereas the male team member gets paid high (same YOE , same number of switch , similar prev CTC) though women are equally or more talented sometimes.
