I worked at Amazon for 7 years and my total experience is 12 year . My current CTC is 60 lakhs (45 LPA as fixed and rest as Stocks) . I am a mom and i want to join company where WLB is good . I am okay for decrement in my CTC but i need peace . Any suggestions ?
