Hi everyone, I’m a Cloud and DevOps engineer with 11+ years of experience, and I’m juggling a couple of offers at the moment. I have one from VOIS at 38.4 LPA total, with 33 LPA fixed, and they’re likely revising it next week. I also have a Hexaware offer at 40 LPA total (38 fixed), and an Impetus offer at 40.5 LPA with about 9% variable.
Commute to VOIS office on WFO days would be 3 hours a day and for impetus 20 minutes a day.

Given these factors, which organisation should I join? TIA

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
