How is your German/French?
The white collar Swiss job market is very competitive at the moment, so a difficult time to switch.
Unfortunately my French is very basic and my German is non existent. I’m thinking about qualifying out for French if that makes things easier

Switzerland is once of the most competitive markets for professionals. I have a permit C and still struggled finding a job. Have friends that were let go due to restructure and a year later still struggling to find roles at their level.
Damn that’s discouraging to hear. Would you be able to tell me more about Swiss work culture and what it’s like to live there?
