To all who have exited from life sciences consulting, what firm did you work at, what did you exit into, and how is it going?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Any guidance here is greatly appreciated.

Minimal experience in the IT digital marketing and social media But I can learn, I’m out going No issues with positive conversations or redirecting Long history of increasing census rapidly/stabilizing, conducting building site visits etc….Remote/Relocation considered WHOS HIRING???

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
