Hi everyone, I'm a fresher, I graduated B.Com LLB in October 2023. I wanted to shift to IB, I joined a startup in February. I worked for 2 months, there were lots of problems, politics, unethical practices and improper salary payment. I could no longer continue and resigned in April, they haven't given salary for March or relieving letter. Now I want to include this as experience in my CV, and most of the places I want to apply want to do background check. What should I do? Please help

I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA.
