What is an ideal value of X for salary --> Salary = YOE*X. I feel least should be 3 and then sky is the limit

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? It's about the time where everyone on my team requests feedback from each other and I'm nervous for it coming up. My manager knows that everything I've worked w her on I end up doing 90% of the work when it's meant to be split so it is a known issue. We're both at level 3 so are genuinely peers. She seems like a nice person but i have 0 positive work feedback tbh

Am I correct in my understanding that:

Over a certain income ($76k as of 2021), a single person CANNOT make tax-free contributions to a traditional IRA if you have a workplace retirement plan?

In my example, I have a work 401k, and my adjusted gross income is over (or just about hovering) at the 76k limit. This means I can't make pre-tax contributions to a traditional IRA, so I should just go for a Roth?

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I’m a non-TX immigration attorney mentoring a UT student who went to my undergrad. He’s done incredibly well in OCI and pre-OCI. Do you think partners in law firms have too much power and autonomy? eg. the power to refuse leave, to do your annual appraisal, to make you work while on leave, to overwork people, to manage the team on their on terms etc. Is this power bad or good for the firm and the team overall?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
