Hi Everyone,

I'm currently working in Salesforce (mts) I joined around 7-8 months back with base 34 lpa (52k usd stocks)

I've got an offer from Google (L4) for base 38 lpa (76k usd stocks) after negotiation.

I'm confused whether to accept it or not considering I've around 4.5 years of experience. And if I leave I would also be leaving my stocks.

What would be best in this situation?

Base salary wont matter much due to tax but RSU will matter.

However, as i have been part of salesforce and looking at the hire and fire of Google. I feel WLB may get impacted.

While the brand value is amazing from long term career perspective its gonna be tricky

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.
