Sharks! I’m 33, currently working as a Java Architect (11.6 YOE, 40 LPA INR). I’m planning for retirement at my 40. Currently owning a house worth 1 Crore INR where I’ll be closing my home loan by this August. Please suggest diversified options of Investment for my retirement. How big is to big for an initial investment property. Theres a 20 SFH portfolio for sale by me for about a mil. Is this to big to start with initially? I'm less worried about the Financials (feel comfortable on that end) and more worried about the managerial aspect.

Anybody having experience good/bad about investing through Wint Wealth? Seems like a good way to diversify the liquid portion of the portfolio......if I am greedy this looks better than those liquid funds and a 100% safer than those too.

Left big law as a 5th year. Currently working at a small firm, billing around 5 hours per day, firm typically makes partners around year 7. Huge pay cut, but loans paid off and I have way more time for hobbies/self care. Life is good. AMA.

I got hired straight out from college 5 years ago from a small CPA firm and have worked in Tax ever since. Lately, I feel like this is not what I'm actually into. What else I can do with my Accounting degree?
