Like 2 times a week for 30 mins each time haha i’m too lazy 😂
Once every 6 months for about ten minutes. After which, I reward myself with a chipotle burrito.
Love.
I need to do better, but I’m building better habits and ramping myself up from being almost completely sedentary. So, right now it’s 2x a week for 30-40 minutes.
Thank you for the encouragement.
5-6x a week; 75-90 min each session.
0 times 0 mins
Every day, 70-80 minutes per day
Pro
Every day for 45 min
Weightlifting 3 times a week, 60mins each session. Hiking for 3-4 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
Every day for 15 minutes. 3 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour.
OrangeTheory 2x a week and weightlifting 2x a week. Usually go for a few miles walk on off days when I can
Weightlift x3 / week for ~70 minutes
Cardio x1 / week for for ~45 minutes
2 hiit classes @ 1h each
2 Runs @ 1-2h each
1 rock climbing session @ 2 hours
1 core weight lifting session @ 30m-1h
So like 6-8 hours a week. What makes it sustainable long term is that each session has specific features I look forward to besides the physical workout itself.
I center it around deadlifts, squats, and pull ups w/ hanging leg raises. If I’m motivated I’ll throw in dumbbell pres/flyes, shoulder press, or arms. Something heavier & more relaxed than I’d do in hiit.
7 days a week (active recovery days instead of full rest days)
I usually swim 30-60 minutes most days and a mix of max weights and body functional / cardio for another 60-120 alternating muscle groups
Average about 90 minutes a day.
3x a week for 40 min but also walk my dogs everyday
3 times a week for 45 min. Daily walk for 15 mins
Does going on a semi-brisk walk for an hour every 1-2 days count?
Yeah, totally.
Wow.. this is motivation I need! My workout frequency ranges from 0-4x/ week depending on work schedule .. about 45-60 min each time
Lift 5-6 days a week for a decade, and prior to that I ran 60 miles per week.
I need the exercise to keep me mentally & emotionally grounded. I sleep like a rock and don’t need meds. Without it, my anxiety is through the roof.
The physical benefits and not bad either 😊
10 minutes, 3 times a week
4 times a week.
2x gym sesh for legs (strengthing for injury)
2x climbing sessions 2.5 hours (tho it's not constant climbing)
