Hi everyone. I’m looking for some advice. I recently joined a company and they had an HR generalist serving as the interim HR manager. They also have an employee advocate. The employee advocate is not fulfilling her job duties as she acts as the generalist’s right hand. Now that I’m here, how can I separate them properly without harming them? And, should I reclassify the advocate to a HR Coordinator and find another Employee Advocate? Any advice is welcomed.

I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. Right now, I wanted to make a switch to Aviation, Aerospace or Defense company. I’m in Texas, specifically Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. I would really appreciated if someone can help point me to that direction.

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?
