Fixed: 42 LPA
Variable: 3.9 LPA
Total CTC: 46 LPA
RSUs: 30K USD (4-year vesting)
Joining Bonus: 4 Lakhs

Evaluate on:
Career growth
Technical exposure
WLB
Stability
RSUs vs higher fixed compensation

A very busy sidewalk on a very busy intersection in my neighborhood is occupied by a group of homeless individuals who brought all their belongings there (tents, chairs, mattresses, bags, etc.).
