In the last week of January, I attended TP-1 and TP-2 interviews at HCL Tech for a Junior Tester role in the VLSI DV domain and cleared all rounds. Within 5 days, interviews and salary discussion were completed, and I submitted the required documents. HR mentioned onboarding in Feb, but I haven’t received the offer letter yet. Initially, HR said the CTC was under approval, and later informed that the position is on hold. Should I lose hope, or will they contact me once it resumes?

Any larger firms in Denver, CO or Tampa, FL hiring right now? Looking to relocate to either place. Third year, litigation.

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?

I am having HCL offer of 19 LPA but I have got counter offer from other company of 21 LPA, if i again go to HCL and ask for better compensation means will HR agree and process for more than counter offer ?
