Last Thursday I received an email from HR requesting some document submissions, which I submitted on the same day. On Friday, I received the draft CTC breakdown and confirmed it immediately.
Does anyone know how many days it usually takes to receive the offer letter after this stage?

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Hey Fishes, I feel the RTO policy in not getting enforced rather it is getting imposed it seems (in ZS across offices). Suddenly from being employee centric they have shifted their focus to ZS culture and values. Let the thoughts pour in!

Does ZS revoke offer letter? I referred a friend, they got a generous offer as a SDE. But the HR is not responding since past 4 days to any call or email and the joining date is close.

Would really appreciate any suggestions.
