Need advice....My last working day in wipro is 26th December and My Joining in TCS was 28th December but now it's getting extended till 10th January, what you suggest, should I extend the last working date in wipro or I should leave wipro?
I will be unemployed for 15 days!!.
PS- Their is lot of work in wipro and In notice period as well they are making me work on weekend.

I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

Is there any solution to fix the dual employment in past, it got overlapped for 1 month during the notice period.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.

Don't you think it's high time ppl start calculating in hand salary and how much % hike to ask n all?? I feel that's immatured behaviour when few of them ask these questions 😐
