I work at pwc india joined as a Associate excatly 1 year ago and i have 5 years of experience in total and in .NET

My cctc is 15L
12L fixed and 3L variable.

I am looking to raise my fixed ctc now. No clue on the promotion and how much would be the annual hike?

So now, i tried and got a offer from tcs - 17 L fixed 10% variable.

So how should i handle this? I don’t wanted to leave pwc india for now maybe an another year i wanted to continue here.

My onboarding in progress in CTS. I have registered with NSR(National Skills Registry) and provided the IT PIN to my recruiter. Do I need to raise a request for EBC(Empanelled Background Checkers) verification at NSR?

Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. Is it wrong to submit an expense report for the charges I incurred related to the fed court admission fees? I didn’t plan on moving to another firm; the new firm sought me out and made me an offer - the process happened so fast. I want to be professional about this.

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

Heard that Accenture gave promotions to all in the name of Fastrack promotion tag in Dec 2021.. as the attrition rate is high currently.. is that true...?

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

I’m sure this is not a unique situation, but would love y’all’s advice! I love my current agency and the work is easy and ngl it’s a big name and looks impressive on a resume. But, I’m currently being offered a new job at a small agency and the money is so so good, it would be a 60% raise and a title change. Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Although the first 2 rounds went well, there has been no further response from HR. Is this a normal delay or should I think I didn't make it. Any thoughts?
