From last 1.5Y I worked as a PM in a service company as a captive resource for a top e-commerce client in US. Now project is over and parent company giving me next client (good one) but the work is as of consultant.

What should I do, should I continue or leave?
PM has been my calling ever since and I'm great at it.

Last client wanted me directly but my company messed up and didn't let that happen & now they are in hiring freeze.

Hello, Am confused with a few optns in my career growth. I have 2 offers in hand 1 from a tier 3 or tier 4 comp nt a start up. They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
Few of my frnds are suggested if i choose a small company my opportunities in future will narrow down when compared to a reputed. Pls can someone help here?

How do I stay relevant in the Salesforce ecosystem?
I am 24 year old Salesforce Developer with 1.5 Years of Experience. Coming back to Salesforce, I have worked on Salesforce Implementation of Small to Mid Level Businesses which required me to have an all-around knowledge of Salesforce(Admin + Development) on both Sales and Service Cloud. But I wish to specialize in one Salesforce Skill/Path and become an absolute master of it (CPQ, Vlocity, Pardot or tablu,Mulesoft). What path should I choose?

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. I've only been here 8months & want to leave as I need the money. Should I start looking elsewhere even if I haven't been here for a year?

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend. It doesn't help that he always presents outdated ideas and throws UX out the window. I know that I know my stuff and keep up with best practices. Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.

I just learned I was parentified severely, especially emotionally. The discovery came from outside of therapy, but having a place every week to sit down, slow down & reflect def led to it. Being enmeshed with my parents like this was a cause for my anxiety, low self esteem and workaholic, people pleasing tendencies.
