Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.
What’s the WLB like? Good job security?
Partner Interview (6th interview).
Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.

45 days bench + leaves, after this LOP starts for 90 days, if still not billable then forced resignation.
Few exceptions are there for freshers, maternity leave returning employees
Wipro is not a IT company, it looks like a broker company with no accountability. They don't care to allocate their valuable resources, too less project, very less duration projects..3/4 months project change.. tagging system is a fraud you will be tagged for 1 month without billability for future projects and Bench management will still be counting your days.you might feel undervalued, dejected.
I can't believe, a IT company can have this level of culture.
