Hi everyone! What is the typical timeline for an interview loop/first recruiter touchpoint post applying? This is specifically for PEPI in US.

I applied through Senior Director referral links and had another SD forward my profile to recruiting as well. However the online app says "in process" and there has been silence since the last 8 weeks.

Role is still open on the careers site too. Is this normal for PEPI or should I assume it to be a rejection?

For those working in house, how much “from scratch” document drafting are you doing vs. reviewing and revising “outside documents”. For example, if your company wants to enter into a joint venture company with another entity, are you drafting the company agreement “from scratch” or is it based on internal forms? Or are you getting outside counsel to do it?

Anyone live in Mueller and recommend their apt complex? (1-bed apts, townhomes not needed)

How many of you work directly with business clients (sales, marketing, R&D, supply chain etc. - essentially, non IT)?

Currently 25 y/o making 70k/year in Boston. I grew up pretty poor and I have minimal financial education. A lot of my salary now goes towards helping my parents get out of debt. My parents are no longer able to live on their own, so considering selling my grandmas house where they live (maybe 550k), paying off their mortgage (100k) and buying a duplex (between them they make about 55k/year). Is buying a two family home a good investment ? How much can I afford to spend on a new house?
