Things are going fine. But feeling bit bored with WFH.

Doing what my manager wants. Don't know what to do next with my life.

Any suggestions from you guys. Like How can I become a better developer and be more productive.

Hey I was informed my position was eliminated due to corp restructure. I am a marketing vet with 10 years diverse experience from social to email and both b2b and b2c marketing. I also am about to complete my mba. I love to tell a brands story. Looking for a position at a people first company marketing manager positions or above in Atlanta or remote thanks for your help.

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.

They just started construction right next to my building with all day noise, including a bull dozer and heavy machinery coming within 6 feet of my window. We’re also on the second floor so I mean RIGHT NEXT TO MY WINDOW.

I also have a bunch of men starting at me all day on too of the noise triggering my migraines. What can I do?

I am holding two offers,

1. Tiger Analytics for Senior DE role, WFH.
2. Fractal for DE role, 6 weeks DE Training later project, WFH.

Finding both companies similar in terms of project. Please help pick one.

Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? Partnerships need to use market sourcing for purposes of calculating NR withholding tax (though NJ doesn't even call this withholding anymore).

However, for purposes of calculating the NJ distributive share of income, you apply Gross Income Tax (personal income tax) rules, which is 3 factor and includes COP.

If I end up with 0% apportionment under GIT and 10% apportionment under CBT (withholding tax), the partnership pays tax upfront but NRs get 100% refund?

I have received salary break up from a prod base cmpy. Once I acknowledge to it, they will release the offer. Actually they are in impression that I was an immediate joiner, but today on HR call , I have convinced the HR that I can join within 30-45 days and she agreed on it. So my question here is - what strong or valid reason I can put in front of my current organization so that they can release me within 45 days. So far no dependency on me as joined a new proj and KT is going on.

My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).

I have to take care of his everything thing which includes his health insurance, his clothes, his daily foods, and other basic things. If i don't do then my mother is getting angry. Also, he Don't respect me and bad mouth about me with our relatives that i am not doing anything for him.
