1. Are bonus and hike decided by your VP(LM+1) and LM? If so, when are they decided.
2. How common is it for people to know each other's numbers. Say like your senior or LM.
3. Aren't the literal delta better to discuss then %. Why do people not share that here...
4. Who all in your team knows about your CTC? LM+1 and LM?
