1) I am expecting an offer letter from EY GDS for TSE IT Strategy team. Could any one pls let me know how's this team? N how's the work-life balance is?

2) my current CTC is 18 LPA n I have offer of 25 LPA 22 fixed. Could you pls let me know how much should I ask? EY HR said they can offer me 24 LPA fixed n there can be bonus of 10-25%. Can I ask for 27 LPA fixed? Considering the fact hav to relocate from pune to bangalore. YOE 9.5

I onboarded wipro with 20 Lakh salary and now I got offer from Tech M 23.5 Lakh salary. I am confused whether to join Tech M or not. What happen if I will not login to Wipro as I have only onboarded there. Is it worth to abscond Wipro for Tech M for 3.5 lakh annually extra salary pay

I make $100K with 12% bonus and was offered a role $130k with 15-20% bonus. 4YOE in provider industry.

I am in a comfortable spot with a good team but the work is dull, new role would be consulting with more work & travel
