Hi fishers, currently I have 2 offers one with Natwest for 27LPA and another with 30LPA with HSBC as a contractor via another consultancy. I am wondering whether it’s safe to join HSBC as a contractor and what is the possibility of making it directly to HSBC and how long it takes. The recruiter saying currently there is a hiring freeze in HSBC and once it’s gone they will take me permanently into HSBC. How can I trust them?
