I have an 4 offers(including one from Barclays). However, the pre onboarding BGV process of Barclays is done by HireRight and is overlapping with the joining dates of other firms. Is it safe if we can reject other offers and just wait for the BGV to be completed. FYI - my last experience is with TCS for.almost 6 yrs. Please suggest.

Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy
