2024-25 is my promotion cycle from Associate to SA, LOS advisory.
Was wondering if i should wait and take the promotion or switch this year itself?
Motivation right now is honestly compensation. Is there a good hike given during promotion and by good i mean at least 20-25%? Is it worth waiting or should i start preparing for switch?

To kick off some discussions - what are tools/resources that make your life easier? Automating saves me, even though the set up is time intensive. I love Calendly, it’s been a life saver so far.
