Hi fishes, after working for an year in Accenture,i joined Barclays 2 years ago as a Java Developer BA3 role, my last year ratings were outstanding and good. I delivered good outcomes for the team. Upon enquiring about my promotion, my manager replied she will get back on this, actually didn't. Can anyone suggest how to approach on this further. What could be ideal salary range for BA3 and BA4 java developers?
