Why is it that a lot of couples I know living in big cities are in open relationship?

I'm getting my brother autographed Panthers memorabilia for christmas, but I'm the gay son in the family who knows nothing about football... So we've got someone named D.J. Moore, another named Terrance Marshall Jr., Luke Kuechly, and Robbie Anderson. None of these names are doing anything for me, nor do any of the stats mean anything to me when I look up their names on Google. Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

And how often do they get accepted and the general sentiment by the management when one asks for it?

Assuming that my team works from Pune (and i like the job scope) but would like to relocate to Bangalore office (hometown) once the team stabilizes and processes are in place.
