Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? If we consider 2021 a more "regular" year, I varied from $600 saved one month up to $3.2k in another (though that was partially due to a job change)...
