Before joining HCL i worked for 1 month at a company called nThrive(have offer letter, and also company sent an email on the last working day as separation email mentioning you resigned and leaving the company voluntarily) which I had to quit without serving the reason behind it is that I got a good amount from HCL at that time. Now if i leave HCL will there be any issues in the next company's BGV? If so could you please help me out with how I can tackle it?

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
