Graduating with my finance degree in about a year. I took a part-time healthcare position fill my employment gap but most of my previous experience is in manufacturing logistics and customer service. Are firms willing to negotiate the role with campus hires? I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? I feel kind of bad, but I truly despise the idea of working in risk now. ( My friend who's in the role right now hates it)

Does anyone have experience/knowledge regarding whether the different B4 deal analytics teams 1) work remote 2) still travel? Looking to potentially make a switch but have heard different things across the board, including seeing that most of the job postings for senior roles in these groups are tagged to offices and don’t say remote.
