Hi ladies, I’m so nervous. For the last almost 5 years, I have worked in P&C. I LOVE the company, but I’m extremely bored with my current role now that my department has been cleaned up. Honestly, there’s no other position or higher role I could take, and I’m fine with that. I’m not leaving and can work PRN. I want to buy a house, but can’t with this pay alone. I’ve had one interview with Liberty Mutual and it went great. I’m nervous to start something new and scheduled. How did you transition?

I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out. Has anyone else felt this way? How did handle it? Is there a different career path I can take or am I destined to sell insurance forever?

I gave 2 interviews, one for company in EU and one in Singapore. EU company gave job offer which I accepted and I have visa appointment in few days, However I just received job offer from Singapore as well. Singapore job is better. What should I do?
