Anyone else need to study for technical interviews? I'm planning on interviewing in the late fall/early winter.

Studying 2 hours on weekdays, 4 hours on weekends. Also going to be networking and looking for places to apply on the weekends.

I have an interview with each MBB in 3 weeks. Anyone willing to give me a really hard case?

I have recently given interview at Microsoft.
HR provided the feedback as I am not rejected bit not fit for the role so they have put me in talent plus pool. What should I expect next and does this mean that I may get the offer ?

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

Can someone tell me how many days does it take for the initial screening to happen after applying.

Also, how much time will it take for all the process to happen ( screening + interview + final discussion).

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I’m currently interviewing with a couple of other companies that are amazing and would be my too choices. I’m looking for an accountability buddy. My initial goal is to lose 20 pounds in two months. To do this, my plan is to eat healthier and in smaller portions (track my food intake), and workout at least 3x per week.

Really need an accountability partner for a few things below:
1. Wake up at 5:30
2. Exercise everyday for at least a half hour
3. Eat more home-made balanced & nutritious meals & less takeout
4. Lose 8lbs
5. Meditate or journal every day

Current weight - 121lbs.
Desired weight - 112(like always)
Mood - tired & grumpy during the day cos of no sleep, bad sleep, bad food choices
Focus & productivity - absolutely failing cos of the above
