Hi Fishes, Could you please help me decide which option will be the best in terms of Learning and Exposure, and Money of course:
1. Accenture : 14.5 LPA(Fixed) + 304500(21% Variable) + 2 Lacs Joining Bonus
Designation is Analyst (11)
2. Tredence : 16.75 (Fixed) + 1.25 (Variable) Designation is Consultant
I am also in discussion with Publicis Groupe.
Tech Stack : Python, ML, Data Science
YOE : 2.6 years

If you are good at what you do, go for atleast 20LPA
I suggest u to go with 2 nd option !! U r in fire seems for level 11 u got 14.5 as fixed that’s not normal thing in Accenture so the project also do check their budget once u got onboarded to Accenture if ur project is decided then it’s fine if not don’t come to Accenture. Check with HR once if the project is aligned or not and then decide.
Please keep in mind that in Accenture you will not get the full variable amount, consider 6-8% of fixed as variable in first year. Now decide where you want to go.
When I joined, variable was 1.2L in CTC out of which I only got 16K in first year.🤣🤣
I am in Accenture and my wife is in Tredence and we both are not happy :p. Considering these 2 offers I guess Tredence has better quality projects but it depends on your luck which one you get. So go for the one which is giving higher package.
Hands down go with Publicis Sapient.
Go for Tredence if you are willing to learn and grow fast. The work mostly will be challenging.
1. Always consider fixed. The variable is variable and is the maximum swing. It depends on many a factors most of which will be out of your hands so use a bell curve and your own past ratings to determine where will you fall in that swing.
2. Publicis Sapient has been named the best employer, has great reviews on glass door and is known to have very good compensation policy.
3. Accenture has been in the news lately for all the wrong reasons wrt its work culture, appraisals, projects etc. I know folks from consulting and development and they aren't happy at all. The only good thing I heard it is growing somehow at a good pace.
