Current org is Deloitte USI. YOE 6 Java FS. My pip has ended 2 weeks ago, but i havnt received any formal intimation from the hr. They are saying its pending response still about the result. have 3 offers whose doj is next in 20 days max. From what i heard, at the final pip closure call, they ask to resign, and then the candidate is released in week, and is given severance package.

Any suggestions, advice. I am not in project and on bench as of now. HR is also non responsive.

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.
But it all depends on the approvals.

I need your views and suggestions. I have two doubts:
1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.

I see only people with huge lpa of 15lpa+with yoe 2 to 3 here. Anyone with yoe between 3 to 5 but is having an median salary of 5 to 9 lpa here? Just wondering!!!!!
