TCS - 19LPA (WFO 5 DAYS)
EXL - 21 LPA Contractual (Hum Technology payroll)
Impetus - 18 (fixed) + 1LPA (JB)

Now I am worried, i didn't got any offer from reputed company where I can get good CTC, WLB, Perks

Please help me out

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

I have given interview to TCS on 28th September, after 2 days got a mail saying that to upload documents I have done that. Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Then she asked me there is a need in direct project are you okay with technical round and I said yes. Then she said thanks and disconnected.

Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%. Can you please let me know if TCS can revise the offer that they gave me
They gave me of 9.5 CTC and for Wolters I haven’t had a discussion but I hve asked them for 12Fixes and the location is Pune
