Got a lowball offer from Walmart Global for SWE 3, with 18.3 base + 20% bonus + 25% rsu. They offered way below the expectation(I quoted 30-32lpa overall). This is my first offer plus need to serve 60 days NP.
Does walmart negotiate, if we have counter offers because the HR seems rigid on the salary numbers?

Current CTC - 14.5 fixed + 1.5 variable.
