Had tech interview with HCL during last week of Sept. After a week, they mentioned I cleared it and they were waiting for client availibility for client round. It's been a month now, there has been no updates or response regarding client round.
Are they moving ahead with candidature or should I drop the idea of follow ups as it seems to be a dead end?

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised
