Hi Fishes, has anyone recently given Infosys interview. There is a query I mean after the 1st technical round interviewer told me that I will receive a call from HR. After that on portal it showed status as "Not Selected". After 2 days,got call for the 2nd round of interview it was telephonic,included asking daily tasks and technologies used. That interviewer also told that I will get call from HR. Only received mail for reqd. docs to have HR discussion, no call as of now. Infosys Am I selected?

Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

I am working as a Java developer with about 2.2 YOE . My package according to me is too low of 5.1 LPA with 50K variable pay. Any suggestions how much package I can get at this experience level and how to achieve that. I am currently working on servlets and jsp. I am not so good in java core concepts so not sure for which roles I should apply . Is it wise to change stack and this point of time ? (PS: 3 months of notice period also sucks)

I see people with multiple offers (5+ in multiple occasions)....A lot of deserving people should have been kept on hold or rejected because of those offer hoarding individuals.

But honestly i don't blame them for this.... It's becoming a culture these days and i also believe that those IT companies deserve this last minute dropout....Their rude HR don't even care to pick up calls or update a candidate and leave them hanging in most of the times.
