Hi folks, I've accepted an offer from Monitor Deloitte as a Strategy Consultant. Although in the offer letter, the name of the company is Deloitte India LLP. What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

I got a call from company HR- I told her that I have accepted a job offer from some other company and therefore I don’t want to waste your time as well as mine.
So she asked me what is the offer in hand and
I quote
“Don’t you want a counter offer?”
So these companies promote such behavior.
There is nothing wrong in employee's perspective.
Remember Companies had put the deserving candidates in hold just as a backup in the past years.
And also
Why do the IT companies provide offer to a person who already holds an offer in the first place. The companies started this culture and it continues to grow.

If you dont want this appeal companies to reduce notice period to 1-2 weeks.
Ideally- it should be changed to something like this.
As someone mentioned our notice period should be reduced.
Secondly companies must display their budget for a position.
So only interested candidates would apply for that job and be able to join it within few days.
