KPMG has only mentioned the fixed part of salary in the offer letter. Somehow the recruiter said the % variable part wouldn’t be mentioned in it. While on call she said the variable can go upto as high as 20% of fixed but usually above 10% for an average rating. So would it be right for me to say the CTC is Fixed + 20% fixed without being explicitly said in the offer letter?

I got two offers and I was wondering what would the implications be if I virtually onboard with both companies and keep working simultaneously for 2 companies as long as WFH is there and resign any one once they start calling to office.

Is it okay to share the screen of my ipad to solve coding questions like whiteboard for technical interviews. Or it is a bad sign and will get me rejected? 🫠
