Based on conversations from people that have or do work in pharma, big $$$ means big benefits and pay. But highly corporate with little flexibility in ways of working. No direct experience though

There's a lot of money in pharma so I would say the biggest pro is the salary

I am a first year associate and was asked to come up with 3-5 goals for the upcoming year. I have no idea how to set goals, however, given my work stream seems to be at the whims of our assignment coordinator. Do any more seasoned litigators have suggestions for tangible things I should try and work towards this year?
