Holding 2 offers. 1 from Accenture and One from Hexaware. Hexaware paying 2lakhs more than Accenture. Which one I Can choose. Accenture taken me for Cloud. Hexaware taken me for Devops. Friends pls suggest. Confused lot

what is the IPT group in Accenture ? and how is it different from the market units in terms of compensation and career growth ?

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Or how much should I be making? Appreciate your help

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

Anyone here choose between A&M, Alix, and some other usual suspect consulting companies? What made you pick A&M? Do employees generally tend to stick around? Moving from a boutique (<30 employees, MBB competitor) to the strategy practice of a Big 4. Have only worked for boutiques in the past, so I’m expecting there to be some major differences in terms of working style.

What are the major differences and ‘watch outs’ you would point out to me? Could be anything from culture, to red tape, to compliance etc.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
