Here things will remain balanced mostly and there's no need to fear . Not all companies do layoff at the same time. You may end up getting a 100% hike too. Any suggestions on switching job now like is it a good idea with upcoming recession news.
I literally got message from 2-3 companies that recruitment is currently on hold and they are not hiring currently after i cleared 2 rounds of interview and waiting for HR round to complete.

Does IT companies fake job roles like they show development role while attending interview but after joining they give support.Why they don't hire separately for support?Is this because nobody wants to work in support they make job description attractive to make employees join?
