But then I didn't join it as I got a better Job offer.
But the first company anyhow created my pf account and generated member id with zero contributions.
Now that I have been working over 2yrs at a different company and planing to make switch will the one member id with zero contributions and no end date on it, create any issue in the background verification.

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.

I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?
