I am a deputy manager with 8 years of experience in retail banking operations with 5.64 CTC, now HSBC global services is offering me 70% increment however the designation will be assistant manager. Should I take the offer? Would downgrading my grade be a mistake? Please suggest.

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My first 3 months will be training for my position but I will be paid the same. The job hasn’t offered me a dollar amount yet and I want to be best prepared.

In this IQVIA is product based and I heard wlb is good. Thought of joining there but they are not going beyond 21F.
Whereas I can even negotiate with virtusa or accionlabs to increase the package further. What can I do now?

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
