Hi Fishes, I checked with HR in Amdocs and got to know that although I am selected, cleared all the rounds and submitted the documents. But my profile is on hold and if the current position is lapsed then will consider me next open opportunity for the same role without any more interview. Can this happen or happened with anyone? I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team.
