I cleared all technical rounds ie total 6 in goldman sachs and given two Hiring manager for their ops engineering team but no idea why they reiected me. After asking recuriter she said hiring manager don’t understand my past experience.
What the hell is that, I cleared all 6 rounds and rejected in hiring manager round?
Does anyone know what could be the reason?
Btw the hiring manager round was totally non-technical, got questions like why you are leaving, why goldman sachs etc Goldman Sachs @

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.
