Join EY..you will get good hikes as compared to tcs..Tcs hikes are very low when compared to EY.Carrer growth is also good in EY
Tcs is also good but should be joined once u plan to settle down in IT
Trust me I was in Tcs before EY
I am not sure about the difference but in ey india u usually get double digit hikes for avg performance also.
In tcs its 6-8%
EY but be ready for strict schedule and some non productive work and meetings.

If u care about job security TCS,else EY
TCS never terminate employees..Its like a govt job..
I would go for EY
EY India also never terminates its employess unless you do something extremely illegal (inside trading, harasssment, fraud etc.)
Go for EY for everything you mentioned except WLB as it would definately go for a toss depending upon your team.
Also, I believe no company(in India atleast) can provide all of this. Hence, you have to be open minded and be ready to compromise wither money/grwoth or WLB
