I currently have offer from TCS and EY. They both are offering almost the same pay and same joining location. My years of experience is 6. Which would be better to company to join considering salary hikes, work culture, future onsite opportunities and work life balance.

Im starting a new job but still employed somewhere else. I was trying to be open about staying at BOTH places. My current job won’t let me be part time because they don’t allow “set schedules”. Yet I am one of the only reliable and loyal employees in the department, and currently working a set schedule. So why will they not let me continue a set schedule but with different hours? This place is more focused on strict policies and not actually trying to work their employees and being flexible.

I have 2.5 years of experience as a BI consultant primarily working with SQL and Power BI. I feel a little underpaid while currently making $75k. I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

Citius Tech. I asked for 30LPA. HR said it's not at all a problem.
Manager was fine with my profile in 2nd round and he said he will move to next client round. HR mailed me next day like like the client band is less and working on it.

Yesterday the HR replied that they can't match my expectation and thanks for applying.

Hare yaar. It's you who called me. I purposely said if you have budget proceed. Without even knowing that these HR's are working. Time waste for their employees too.
