I gave interview at bank of america some time back and they took interview for post of senior software engineer ( prod support)

But in offer they have mentioned the post as Analyst 1

Could someone please advise can I ask them to change the post to SSE as when I was giving interview it was shown like that only ?

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? Got offer from mindtree for 19.5 lpa with 12% variable of 2.3l role is module lead c3.

Can some one from mindtree let me know can this variable is paid monthly 100% as said in offer letter?

I joined company B few months back, and they mentioned that i will be getting offer letter of company A and payroll will be also from company A as the company B will be separating from A in sometime. So now as they separated i got new compensation letter from company B and the joining date mentioned there is the date on which they separated and not the actual joining date on which i joined. Won't this be considered as a switch by future employers? In the new offer letter there is no mention of A

Hello fishes. All my experience (10+ years) is in one company ie infosys. I have two offers in hand and I will mostly join one of them. I am actually scared of moving to another company. Has it happened to anyone else as well? What should I do to cope up with that? Or do you feel, I am overthinking?
